Crafting Process
& Materials

All our hat patches are made from veg tan leather. We laser burn and cut our patches, then add a stain to darken the logo/image. All patches are then finished with a light sprayed on finish for more durability. We attach each patch with a leather cement by hand. 

Beanies can be made with a leatherette or the same veg tan leather we use for hat patches. Options will be discussed when placing an order. 

With our hats being made from genuine leather they should NOT be worn in excessive rain!

  • Yes! We can create custom designs based on your logo, artwork, or idea. Reach out to discuss your vision.

  • We can work with a variety of hats styles, and can order just about anything in. However, we do most of our work with Richardson 112’s. That is what we keep in stock and what all our pricing is based off of. 

  • We use a veg tan leather that is durable to standard wear and tear. All patches whether being applied to hats or beanie are secured with a leather cement that is hand done, for long lasting hat life. However, given  that our product is made with genuine leather it should NOT be worn in the rain.
